I don't think right now you can pay the frequency jammer to maintain, that was in A2 Epoch, so maybe it will make a return in the future. yeh the bases have an upkeep and it looks to be 1 paint can per wall but im not 100% sure if you have that radar jammer you can pay for the upkeep with money (im sure I read this on a post somewhere) You probably read that in the Arma 2 Epoch forums, as you could pay the jammer/plot pole in Arma 2 Epoch to maintain.
