Vehical content not saving to data base

Hey guys I run my own private server for a few friends. Just started this past weekend. I downloaded the epoch server files and followed a youtube video on how to create a dayz_epoch server. I installed the Custom Chernarus Server Pack 1.2.1. most every thing work however if a player leaves the game and has stuff left in a vehical it gone when he returns also we are unable to pick up a hatchet when looting. Any ideas on how to fix the few things?

Hi, i think the problem is in that custom pack. As i know, its not updated for the latest epoch version. Best way to setup server is start with clean epoch install and then add other stuff like selfblood etc.
