0.2 Patch, Vehicles exploding on spawn.

I've come across 6 vehicles in the Skaranator server now that are destroyed. It's unlikely that they were all blown by players. After scouting around for more after the 5th find I noticed 1Km out from me when I was heading to a town that I heard an explosion and a smoke plume was exiting the town. On arrival I found an SUV in the middle of the street next to a lot of undisturbed loot (trash piles, cans, a chair on a porch etc . .) 

Could the directional spawn be effecting the vehicles and causing them to explode on spawn, or even the car jacks?

 

Edit: Vehicles now properly spawning after restart.
