Changing maintenance requirements?

Is there any way for this? I'd like to make it easier for folks to upkeep cinderblock walls so they can keep building upwards. Currently I got it set to a 14 day cleanup, but the maint on the cinderblock walls seems a little high.

 

Any way so I can set it myself? Any idea where that's stored?
