Disappearing Safe (Epoch 1.0.1 Release Server)

Hello all, I'm one of the admins running an epoch server. We recently upgraded to epoch's baller 1.0.1 release files, and are having some reports of safe's disappearing when items are put into them. specifically gold and dmr mags the second time, clothes the first time. Not sure whats going on, maybe we forgot to do something to a file somewhere? If anyone wants to hop on and see if they can reproduce it, you're more then welcome to. did u manage a fix? im also having the issue on my server the vaults will disappear after taking a few items out then reappear on restart some people even had them gone for good any idea?
