Epoch & Overwatch mission files + server.pbo edits (if any)

Hiya! 

Im tired of messing about with the pbos, so i figured the easy way would be to pay someone to do it for me.

What i want;

Overwatch:
Custom debug monitor (ill show u how it looks/send u one)
Halo spawns
Increased loot spawns (i.e like all the pvp ow servers.)
Deploy bike & gyro heli
Remove clothes (Think this one is in mod, if not add.)
Self bloodbag (Think this one is in mod, if not add.)
R3F Towing & lift (Remove the cargo bit.)
Refuel from fuel stations (If its not in mod, add.)
Supply drops with announcements ingame and map circle in the general area.
Base protection system for donors (with a .sqf ill edit to put in UID's for the individual player.)
Loadouts for donors (with a .sqf ill edit to put in UID's for the individual player.)

Epoch:
