I am sharing this because I was an idiot and during my searches I see quite a few saying theirs stopped working all together as well. My problem was I commented out the banking code in the dayz_server\init\server_functions.sqf to remove the banks around the map to use a trader instead. If you did the same thing then remove the "//" or add back the line and use "/* */" in the banks.sqf to remove the scenery. Not suggesting this will fix everyone but if you were like me where banking was working then stopped because you were cleaning up code there is a good chance you may have done the same thing. Hope this helps. If you feel this is an unnecessary post I will gladly delete it but hopefully this fixes some people that are having my resolved issue.
