SmokieMcPot Posted October 12, 2014 Report Share Posted October 12, 2014 i have yet to see a cart but as long as your playing on official servers i doubt they are being spawned in, and im not a 100% sure or not but i believe you wouldnt see the carts if you didnt have the dlc, i dont think BI would allow epoch to put the cart pbo in for free but i dont see any other way they could do it. but it is probably a battleye kick or if its not an official server a antihack kick for the scrollwheel option. maybe its not whitelisted?
