Issues Updating

Hello,

    So, I have had issues even installing since the release of 0.1.0.1.  I was able to get it to work eventually by using BitTorrent Sync and manually installing the files.  If anyone could point me in the correct direction for a Sync file for 0.1.0.3, I will give that a go.

    Moving forward, Since 0.2 was released, I have been unable to update.  I've tried the launcher, which has never worked for me.  I've always gotten "Failure Message: The tracker could not be contacted."  If anyone knows a fix for that, that'd be awesome as well.

    I've also tried using both BitTorrent and uTorrent with no luck.  I always get "Connecting to peers 0.0%".  My buddy told me I just had to wait as the download was very congested, however I've left that up since the day of release of 0.2 and it has not progressed.  I am subscribed to the RSS feed of the update, as well.  No luck there, as it always gets caught up in that same spot.

 

    I really enjoyed my time in the mod and would like to continue it.  However, due to said issues, I am unable to.  Any help would be very much appreciated!

If you're not connecting to peers then, most likely, either you don't have ports set up right or ISP is blocking them.  With uTorrent, you shouldn't have to port forward anymore since it's set up to just find an open port.  Are you able to connect to other trackers fine, download from other sites etc?  Do you use uTorrent regularly or is this the only time you've tried using it?  Maybe you have some settings screwed up or maybe you're running an old version(not sure if their tracker would reject old versions)?

 

There may be some other issue here, but that's all I can think of right now.  If I'm wrong about something, please, someone correct me.

The issue seems to be with the tracker.  However, it's my understanding it's a universal tracker, which would make sense as it's the same issue in both uTorrent and BitTorrent.

No one seems to have any experiences with stuff like this?  Crazy I've only gotten one reply here.
