Torrent Not Found

So I am trying to downlod the Epoch Mod, however whenever I try to download it, it says, "Torrent Thread Exited". When I go into the settings, in red text is "torrent not found". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I also want to note that I tried deleting the files and reinstalling the launcher, however when I did so, I couldn't resinstall it, because it said, "You cannot start application Epoch Launcher from this location because it is already installed from a different location." Even though I went through and removed everything.
