Jerry can refuel problem.

Hey guys, I have a problem that won't let me fill any vehicle with a jerry can, fuel truck, or barrel. It does the action/sound and says fuel was added to the car but no fuel is added. I have auto refuel and self bb and thought those might be an issue but can't find a link to the problem. Hope someone can help. Thanks
