[HELP] Towing/Lifting script

I have been looking around but the current towing/lifting scripts i've been finding isn't working properly or require some type of addon script to make it where you can't tow/lift locked vehicles. I was hoping if maybe someone out there has a good tow/lift script that works fine and you can't tow or lift locked vehicles. Thank you for your time.

Last time i have the same question but nobody help me.

 

Anyway i went through all these scripts and have figured out that the best one is R3F_ARTY_AND_LOG.

 

Need to be configured but after that works like charm. 

There also you can set the "take object and load into vehicle" function which is awesome addon.
