OverPoch Loot tables..

Hello, I am having trouble installing Overpoch custom loot tables I have tried this one  but no luck Can anyone help me? I might be doing something wrong but i followed the tutorial exacly, I just tried and it spawns me in debug. I want to launch my server but I can't if I cannot get the overwatch loot to spawn in.
