Where to put custom buildings?

Ok, so I have a TON of custom buildings already running on my server, but was wondering something.  I have ran these files 2 different ways and want to know what is the best method.  First, I have had all the files in my mission pbo and the exec calls in the mission init.sqf.  Second, I have had the files in the server pbo with the exec's being called from the server_functions file.  The second method is how I currently have my server setup.  Can someone explain the difference and why which one is better than the other please?

I believe server side is better for a few reasons

1. No extra size added to the mission file

2. People can't steal your designs if its on the server side

3. AI won't ignore the objects and shoot through them if its server side.

 

I'm sure there are more reasons but for me this is why I prefer server side

Thanks for the reply.  Which file should I use to call the buildings?  My mission init.sqf or the server_functions file server side?  It works both ways is why I'm asking lol.
