Progress not saving and vehicle not spawning at traders

im having a problem on my server that when someone buys a vehicle sometimes the red arrow pops up for a long time and then vanishes with no vehicle spawning and the appearing when the server restart. and ppl will log out and log in where they were 30 mins or even longer ago. i have reinstalled everything over and over and even got the providers to restore my database with no luck now. any luck would be nice.

Ok all fixed with then new 1.0.2.3 patch now.
