When i am driving with night vision goggles, the rain seems to "glow" after a while. I can correct this by getting out of the vehicle and jumping back in. This will only last a few seconds (approx 45) before it does it again. I do have a screenshot showing this- but not sure if i am allowed to upload. This might be a bug, it might not be.
