How to get automatic-restarts

Pretty much self explanatory from the title, I am curious how to set it up so I can get my server on the 4 hour automatic restart. I have not been able to find anything epoch specific about this so not sure if it is different from any other mod. I appreciate any help! Thanks.

You can use BEC and use the scheduler to set 4 hour restarts, this is one way of doing it.
