Error: Addon 'sauerland' requires addon 'Chenarus'

I have made a lot of dedicated servers but DayZ is in a league of its own. Never have I seen so many conflicting tutorials.

 

Anyway, I followed the Epoch Wiki page for installation to the letter (as much as it could be) and get this error launching.

 

The server continues to appear to run but I can never see it with a client. Does anyone have a clear and accurate tutorial for this?

I myself are having a lot of problems setting up a dedicated server. Im new to dedicated. but this is what I have followed and might do you better.

Thanks, I noticed those links use the SteamCMD method which I liked because I've made many servers using it and it is typically painless. I installed a server using that method but still get the same error.
