Launch parameters problems :/

Weve had a server set up for a few weeks now , And were having problems witrh players joing keep getting a "Instance_11_chernarus" message , Some players manage to get in and some have got in after deleteing there @DayZ folder from there side !! Were just stuck now as so many people are getting it !! And were trying to figure out if its server side or client side , Amount of people getting the problem leads us to think it may be Server side , Can anyone see anything in a launch files that may be wrong !!! .....

Do you use the arma2oaserver.exe from the default Arma 2 directory or do you use the one in Expansion\beta\arma2oaserver.exe?

Hello everyone. I am the server owner that Reece is trying to help. I am using the arma2oaserver.exe that is in the Beta\Arma 2 directory.(to my best knowledge) My server start batch file points to "C:\DayZEpochServer\arma2oaserver.exe"
