  2. Hello. Recently players are able to spawn at thier bodies without choosing where to spawn or even able to pick a class to spawn as. Soon as they try to respawn they instantly go back to their body loaded out with what they had before and also able to pick up stuff on thier body of what they had. Does anyone know how to fix something like this? Thank you

  4. Howdy, Where is it defined what items in the database are vehicles and what items are buildables? Because my server only has 200 vehicles while the max limit is 600. Though in my RPT log it says I have that x10 0:03:30 "HIVE: got 3886 Epoch Objects and 2063 Vehicles" but that's bull ... Anyone out there who could help me out? :) (And no I won't change my max vehicle limit to 2500 XD) Help would be appreciated :D

    Spawning FIRE

    I have been trying got get fire spawning on the server when it starts but to no avail. I have tried spawning the fire objects (cars) within the server files and the mission file as map additions. Hi there, I'm using the admin tools and for some strange reason I use the graphic menu to select my spawn in vehicle and I would sometimes get kicked for spawning in vehicles as an anti hack precautions? Some vehicles I can spawn in and some just make me get kicked immediately and despawn the vehicle? I have registered myself as the admin with my player ID as "super admin" and I get kicked from my own server? The error that comes up is "Create vehicle restriction #" followed by a number after the hashtag. why is this? Cheers!

Hi all, I have just set up an Epoch server on my computer to play with mates, it's working great, except for two things: I don't know how to make the server automatically reset (I would be happy to manually reset it if it's easier to do/explain) I would also like to know the spawn mechanics of loot, does loot automatically respawn after a certain amount of time has passed? If i cannot get server restarts working, will loot ever respawn? If anyone could answer either of these questions it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. EDIT: I am doing this to the ARMA 2 DayZ Epoch mod.
  8. Hi, I created a server, but when i loaded it up, there were no vehicles that spawned at the Upper Half of the map, there was some at Cherno and some other cities but not the upper half of the map. Please help! Thanks!
  9. Mornin guys, having soem issues getting the new ch53 to work for me. I'm running a dedicated server with Epoch 1.0.5.1 and Overwatch on it. Well,my only problem is (well it isnt really a problem but its a pitty that..) the CH53 doesnt spawn if people try to buy it. Spawning it in with my admin tools isnt working too. The rpt logs say: Thats all i found in the logs searchin for CH53. I had similar problems with the vodnik, but fixed them easily removing it out of the banned vehicles from the overwatch files.. Would be nice if someone knows what to do :-)
  10. Hi everyone, The events on my server seems to be spawning off map all the time, including heli crashes. The coordinates in my RTP logs shows -xxx.xxx. Is there a scripting bug? Thanks!

Hi, I've been having some issues with a testing server i'm running on my LAN I have a whole bunch of map additions, and in three of these locations i have loot crates that are supposed to spawn. sometimes these spawn, other times they do not currently the map additions are in the server .pbo and the crates are in the mission files. Edit: another possible thought, could it possibly be DZMS or WAI missions deleting these boxes as part of a cleanup script?
  12. So, We have a server running the 1.0.4.2a Version of Epoch Napf. Server was doing fine for the first few weeks. Then suddenly after every restart more and more vehicles spawned in. Until it reached over 1500 vehicles on our server (Max limit in Epoch_config being 600). It could be a scripting issue but i have looked and looked over the scripts and cannot find anything out of place. Although this is ARMA we are talking about. Even the RPT file looks good. So we looked through our database. Turns out our events weren't turned on for some reason. So we enabled that, Nothing changed. Did a few more tweaks to no avail. Our server has been on scheduled restarts via battleye. We narrowed it down to that causing the problem (Or at least instigating it). So we disabled auto restarts via battleye and set up server side restarts via Firedaemon. And that stopped the problem. But it is only a temporary fix to a persistent problem. Anybody have any ideas?   13. hey, so my server used to spawn around 400-500 vehicles, choppers included and such, but now its only spawning about 100, could this be because of the custom map edits? and if so, what can i do to make vehicles spawn more often and more of them.
