  2. -PROBLEM SOLVED- G'day, Survivors. I am having an issue on my server where vehicles which spawn randomly around the map repair themselves upon server restart. I use this config in my init.sqf which successfully spawns the vehicles in damaged and with low fuel... DynamicVehicleDamageLow = 75; DynamicVehicleDamageHigh = 100; DynamicVehicleFuelLow = 0; DynamicVehicleFuelHigh = 25; ...However upon each server restart the vehicles repair themselves (the fuel remains low however) and for the life of me I can't figure out why this is happening. DayZ Version -DayZ Epoch 1.0.6.2 Scripts Used -DZAI | -DZMS | -Right Click Actions (Suicide, Smoke Drugs, GPS Scan) AntiHack - InfiSTAR Server Host - GTXGaming My HiveEXT.log and arma2oaserver.RPT logs are not showing anything out of the ordinary. I'm not sure if it matter, but all Planes/Helicopters and Boats have been removed from the server via the dynamic_vehicle.sqf. In addition, all of the traders and trader cities being removed by removing the call for the CfgServerTrader.hpp in the description.ext. If there is any other info I can show to assist in fixing this problem please let me know, any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

  4. I had a problem with which I had never encountered before. I have experience installing servers since 2014. But I ran into a problem that I can not solve on my own. The problem is that the server transport does not retain the last position, that is, after the restart, the entire transport appears on the previous position (Place respawn). So I installed InfiStar Anti-Hack, but when I try to save the transport, I see an error message in the server log.   5. After i spawn some car or building with Infistar and trying to save it on a map, i see Error massage in sever Log.   6. I did the installation according to the instructions. Basically this is not my first server, I put the server back in 2014. But now for the first time I encountered a problem that can not be solved by any of the methods known to me. The problem is that the server does not want to start the database download (I've set it up for this).   7. Hello, Today I was trying to enter a server that i´ve been playing. But for some reason whenever I enter the server a message apears to me saying "Session lost", and I´m kicked out of the server back to the menu. I tried everything: Verify Integrity of game cache of Arma 2 and Arma 2 OE; Unistall BattleEye; Reinstall BattleEye.   8. I can't seem to find a decent tutorial on setting allowed vehicles and their spawn rates. I've created a document already but running the server with it is creating errors in the server_functions.sqf within dayz_code and it disallowed vehicles such as HMMWVs are still spawning. However, some of the vehicles I added to the list like insurgent UAZs are spawning so it feels as though the script is sort of working but not entirely??   11. Since 105 or 1051 (since 105 was only around for a day before 1051 came out...) I have had strange goings on with humanity. Sometimes and for some players, not all, it randomly doubles either each time they relog or at server restart. I haven't been able to pin it down more than that. The problem last month was quite rare so, I didn't bother with it after a quick google didn't find anything. However, over the last 2-3 weeks it has developed into a more serious problem. It seems to be happening to some players, not all and the same players. It can happen 3-4 times a day for some players and has resulted in them having humanity in the +/- millions. I have googled around again and can't see anything posted....? I have tried the obvious and systematically turned off and on all additional scripts/changes for the last month and haven't been able to narrow it down to any of them either. We are a pretty loaded server with all the usual popular scripts: DZ Group Management, Enhanced Spawn Selection, infiSTAR, Logistics, WAI, EMS, infiSTAR SafeZones to name a few... The server is high population and a managed virtual server so, unfortunately I don't have the luxury of a dev server to test with and have to be careful with what I'm doing with the live based on the population. Is anyone else seeing this problem at all on their server? Would appreciate any help. Thanks

After spending quite some time away from DayZ Epoch, I was pleasantly surprised to come back recently to what seems to be a fairly popular mod, but it has me wondering now as to exactly how healthy the mod is. With the rise of new mods for ArmA 3 such as the new Epoch mod and the increasingly popular Exile mod it seems to me like it's not going to be too long before DayZ Epoch may become abandoned, but it's difficult to spot any growth or reduction trends in the community through just 1 pair of eyes. I've heard whispers of a community update for DayZ Epoch but the only evidence of this is an idle forum post, which is discouraging to say the least, and the community participation in DayZ Epoch has shown a massive slump in regards to mod creation. So I want to throw some questions out to the guys who still play DayZ Epoch or run servers, What is your view on the health of the mod, do you foresee it dying in the near future or do you think it will sustain itself for a long time to come? What do you think keeps both players and server owners on the, now old, DayZ Epoch mod? Do you think anything could be done to breathe new life back into the mod at this stage? Both opinions and facts are welcome answers as it will all, hopefully, help myself and others get a better idea of what to expect in the near future. -blue

I would like to increase the amount of bullets/damage it takes to take down wooden structures on our servers. I am happy with the cinder/metal item hit-points. Mit dem Admin bin ich leider auf keinen grünen Zweig gekommen :/

  21. Pay for healing -Default Currency- Updateded! I forgot to add the fix broken legs bit. As well as some others For those who have already installed this. Just replace the playerHeal.sqf with the new one in the link. I have updated the link a couple of times now lol. This will now heal/reset and save blood amount, wounds, broken limbs, pain level, and sickness. Future: Food and hydration also set to full. Credits to GaspArt for the original idea! For his coin currency version go Credits & thanks to Krixes @ http://opendayz.net for his self bloodbag script and letting me use his healing method. What it does: Places an AI at a specific location that will heal you for one gold if not in combat. This script does give change although if you use silver it has to be a full brief. To many combos of silver to write. You will need playerHeal.sqf get it HERE A tool for unpacking pbos. (I recommend pbo manager from armaholic) A custom fn_selfActions.sqf A custom variables.sqf NOTE!: Im not 100% sure which addon this Ai skin is from, due to my trader addons it just happens to be the last available medic. To change which AI is used just change the classname from "GER_Soldier_Medic_EP1" to any available AI skin you have. Note that if you intend to add this to a pre existing AI you'll skip the mission.sqf step and just find the classname of the ai you intend to use and replace it in the fn_selfActions part. Let's do this shall we? 1st off, Place the playerHeal.sqf you downloaded in a folder a called "custom" -no quotes- in the root of your mission pbo/folder.
