Tried helping this guy, set up the first server, got paid all legit and everything. When his second server camp up I was getting hive.ex errors popping up. Waited for the client to sort the access out, next day out of the blue I get accused of "stealing his steam account"
True i paid you correctly ;) but the one reason was my account was gone ( while there was only 1 person that had acces to my dedicated server ) ( i was logged in there ) next day i logged in on my dedicated server & i tryed to login into my (steam account) password wrong ( i did recovery ) email doesnt exit .. i was checking email nothing on there.
but steam support have check it? & your ip was not on it, i was yelling @ you for no reason ;) mate

Someone have that have experience with dedicated box server? for setting up epoch server?
i did alot by my self but it didnt work i think i did something wrong in the way for installing the server.
i edited the Hive.config for adding database user & password.. & ip-adress

Jep i did that but there is something wrong so dunno i think i need to reinstall everything again, but i gues i need some help .. someone that have xp with setting it up on dedicated box because i think i did something wrong; in the beginnen probly

Finaly putted my server together on my dedicated box
but. it will not connect for some reason i edited the Hive.config with my DB_USER DB_PASSWORD
but it wont connect. anyone can help me with this? on skype?

Hi there sinds recently i got my server moved to an dedicated server.
everything is installed correctly but when i.. start my server everything is going correctly when the mission.pbo is downloading on the server when the login screen pop's up on the lobby. its goes verry slow for downloading .. and then i get an error MSVCR100.dll Missing file. i downloaded all version of visual C++ ... & still not working
can someone help me with this i dont know how to get that ddl to my dedicated server. -

Running out of matches. is an great Idea i was already thinking that by my self to make that into the server.

So, we recently moved a DayZ Epoch Chernarus server from a DayZ.st server to a dedicated box. On paper, the dedicated box is much more powerful, an extra 1.5GHz albeit on fewer cores. It is also my understanding that 2GB of RAM (what we have) is plenty for at least vanilla DayZ.
Anyway, the server is running, the errors we were getting being BEye Filters or certain scripts not functioning correctly are now fixed. Traders are functioning perfectly all of the time. However, we are seeing worse performance in game (server is running at 2fps, using just over 1GB of RAM) I have tried using different startup parameters to no noticeable effect.
Anyway, I came here in the hope that you can point me in a vague direction as to where I should look to improve on this. Would cleaning out the database of all of the other instances of Epoch help for instance?

Custom loadingscreen

Hi there i just uploaded my custom loading screen into my pbo file.. everything went correctly but when i start my server up & i go ingame i dont see the photo on loading screen after everything is loading i get this error
how can i fix this?
