Same issue for me. For example:

Try to comment or delete this line
#include "\z\addons\dayz_code\system\REsec.sqf"
in init.sqf

I had a problem - black screen most players when entering the server. I commented out the line
#include "\z\addons\dayz_code\system\REsec.sqf"
, and it worked fine. I have own cuctom anti-hack.

Same issue such as - Network message 3d3478 is pending
And i have desync 100000 each 5 minutes on my server with new update (vanilla Epoch)!

I have same issue, with custom traders, addons and infiSTAR. What results have you got?
