  1. Sorry, I don't know anything about origins epoch.

     

     

    Me either, try asking on opendayz, theres plenty of people on there who are working/hacking up a public version of origins, they'd be the people to ask m8

    Well, it isnt really only Origins Epoch, theres also the spare wheels, if you could edit their spawn damage to 0% you could prevent them from being abused.

  2. You can adjust the dynamic damage and fuel range in init.sqf. Start here: http://epochmod.gamepedia.com/Init.sqf#DynamicVehicleDamageLow

     

     

    In your mission file, in the Init.sqf file you shoul dhave these 2 variables:

    DynamicVehicleDamageLow = 0; // Default: 0
    DynamicVehicleDamageHigh = 50; // Default: 100

    These are the minimum and maximum damage variables the server uses when it spawns vehicles.

    Gahh.. This is what i asked for but not what i wanted, so the origins epoch, cars spawn with the armour, you need scrap to repair them, i would like for armour1 etc to spawn at 0, how would that be possibru.

  3. So far you can simply go up to pretty much any car with a toolbox and remove the LF2 RF2 LM and RM wheels to make it go..

     

    So an easy way to bypass this would be setting the LF2,RF2 to spawn at fully fixed, since they cannot be damaged on a 4 wheel car and cannot be removed.

     

    What im asking for is.. where is the dynamic vehicle code, maybe its possible to edit it so vehicles do not spawn with these spare wheels.

  6. I was browsing armaholic and found this amazing thing, it increases the offroad speed of cars.. its a simple .pbo, but i think its possible to add this as serverside?

  7. You will just simply copy the compiles.sqf into your mission.pbo preferably make a folder called fixes and place it in there, once you have done that open your init.sqf and find this line:

    call compile preprocessFileLineNumbers "\z\addons\dayz_code\init\compiles.sqf";
    

    you will then want to change it to read as:

    call compile preprocessFileLineNumbers "fixes\compiles.sqf";
    

    This makes it to where the compiles is changed to call from the mission.pbo instead of client side and you are able to make any changes to it as you please without anyone having to download a custom  dayz_epoch file.

    Also this isnt really related to the topic, but im running a private server where me and my friends play so we have FHQ Remington weapon pack etc, im wondering if i add these weapons to the loot tables will they spawn with the correct ammo?

  8. I started my Taviana server, all of the ppl playing always seemed to spawn in byelov, so i changed the spawn points, but after that the map markers for traders are gone, the traders are still there, and the markers are also listed in my mission sqm.
