confirm that the server is running 2.0 taviana map then click on settings in commander and under additional launch parameters type in: -mod=@Taviana;

 

Click done, then join a server.

 

Feel free to test on my server running Taviana 2.0.

I thought I had installed the proper pbo files.. perhaps I didn't.

 

Do you know of a place to download the 2.0 pbo files?

I don't believe that's the correct version of Taviana you should be using. I think Taviana 1.0 is the right one.

Do you mean tav 1.7.4.4?  thats the version before 2.0

 

Also, how are people getting 2.0 to work on their servers?  I downloaded 2.0 pbo files from six and uploaded them to the server.

Trying to get epoch 1.0.2.5 working with tav 2.0 on an Epoch Taviana server and keep getting this when trying to log in:  (I have the server updated to both 1.0.2.5 and Tavi 2.0)

 

 

 

 

But my epoch & Taviana versions in DayZ Commander say:

Fixed all those errors.. I feel like I followed this guide exactly.. but now the server gets stuck at "waiting for host" when trying to load in...

Getting an error when I load into the server daying it can't find the  fn_selfActions.sqf (in the fixes folder), and now its limiting all sorts of things on the server, such as; cannot use trader vendors, cannot gut animals/zombies, cannot place wood walls/concrete walls, cannot use fuel tanks to fuel vehicles, etc, etc.

 

Now I'm getting really really super slow load times up until the game crashes and says "too many virtual box requests"  or something like that...

Edit: Got it! But my vehicles are exploding when i enter them. Ideas to fix ?

And if i want to spawn weapon kits, it kicks me out if the game (restriction)

And last question. Do you know how to ad the AS50 / M107 to a private server again ?

use taviana 2.0 from playwithsix majeye.

Dont forget the server keys as well.

I think thats part of the issue.. I'm not aware if I need to download Taviana itself & upload it manually to vilayer or what.. 

 

through vilayer you have the option to install DayZEpoch, and the option to install Taviana.. but when you install both, it doesn't work as it reverts Taviana to 2.0

 

So I'm sure I need to install epoch and upload the Taviana 1.0 files.. just unsure how to do this with ViLayer.

 

What are the errors? How did you get Taviana via armaholic or playwithSIX?

Trying to get a Taviana Epoch server setup with ViLayer package.. having some difficulties... have done all the basic things (I think)..

 

but when I try to connect to server it tells me its missing a bunch of .pbo files for taviana

 

does this mean i need to download the mission files manually and upload them somewhere manually?  if so, how does a person go about doing this?

 

 

any and all help would be appreciated :)
