Hi and again...
i downloaded the latest version of epoch from this patch and instaled it.
but every time i try to connect to a server i got the "bad version" error.
the servers are running the 1.0.3.1 version and i have the latest version from this page (1.0.3)
does anyone know what i do wrong?

i amde a hardcore server today, all settings off and vanilla epoch (no scripts etc...)
but there are a lot of zombies.
if you want you can test it: 85.190.161.61:2302
PS: 12 slots, because not many people want to play this kind of epoch :(

Hi guys.
I have a normal Epoch Chernarus server, but there are not enough zombies. (when i loot sthe NE airstrip max 4 zombies spawn.)
i try to increase the rate of zombies that spawn, but i have no idea how i can do that.
can i change the spawn rate of tthe zombies? and when yes: how?
i have searched the dayz_code.dbo but i cant find anything. (or i'm just blind like always)

since the new 1.0.2.1 patch i killed 86 zeds and found 4 combination locks.
is this normal?
before 1.0.2.1 i havent finde one after 200 kills (industrial zeds)

i dont see the problem. there are a lot of pvp servers for people who want a little bit pvp fun. on the other side there are "pve" servers where most of the people are friendly and you can build your base in peace and slaughter zombies.
both, pvp AND pve has it's pro and contra points.
to the base fan: how about you hide your base?
if you build up a base in the midle of cherno, the base will be destroyed in a few minuits.
but in the last corner of chernarus, the base can stay very long without any problem.
believe it or not. not everyone in dayz wants to destroy your base and kill you ;)

i mean the shaking effect that only stops when you use painkiller

I'm not sure if this is an feature or a bug.
I can't get pain on any epoch server.
i testet it on my own server via script and the screen doesn't move.
A player told me that this is an "feature" of the epoch mod, but i'm not sure about this.
PS: i need this function for other things on my server, can someone tell me how i can activate the pain system?

i tryed to join the DayzEpoch.com 1.0.3 Dev Test Server and got the Bad version error. can't join any server.
the 1.0.3 servers didn't let me in :(
(and yes, i downloaded and installed the latest version a few times)
EDIT: found the problem. my arma can't load the beta patch...
in the main menu it shows version 1.63xxxxx but in the multiplayer menu it says i have version 1.62
