  1. I have 2 databases but they are both running under the same login/pass in the same SQL service.  One server is overpoch, the other is just going to be epoch Nafp.  As I mentioned, each server will run just fine individually...  If i start Epoch server first I can join it but then I can't join Overpoch, if I start Overpoch server first, I can join it, but not the Epoch server.  So it seems like there is some kind of conflict in the ports or in the DB...  I was considering purchasing another IP from my vendor but other people don't have a problem running on the same IP as long as they change the ports to the server and/or the DB.   Maybe I'll try setting up a separate DB service for each and see if that resolves the issue...  I can probably test that first by breaking access to the DB on one of the server and then launch it by itself to see if i get the same errors in the *.RPT.   I'll let you know...   Any other tips would be helpful.

  2. I get the same issue on mine.  If i refresh all servers I can see it as active and get a ping.   If I add to favorites i cannot refresh the server manually, it's just always at 10,000 ping.  I can still join the server just fine.  Adding it to my favs will change the description back to the pre-125548 description.   It is an Overpoch server, same as the OP.

  3. If you're sure that nobody is cheating (doesn't look like any kind of cheat to me) and that there is no an issue with one of your scripts you can just filter out the spam in the createvehicle battleye filter.   Don't remember what it would be as I don't mess with battleye too much, perhaps:

    =! "Plastic_Pole_EP1"

I'm sure someone else will give you a better response  =P

  4. Hi, I've had an Epoch (now Overpoch) Chernarus server running on a VPS for a few months now with no issues.  I'm now attempting to set up a new map (Napf) and For some reason I'm unable to connect when both servers are running...

I've changed the ports (arma2oaserver and SQL DB) and done all that but when joining I just get the 'Wait for host' screen while my *.RPT spams 'Server error: Player without identity MyUserName (id 0000000000)'.

If I shut down my Chernarus server I can log in to Napf just fine and there are no issues.  If I run them both at the same time this is when I'm unable to connect to the Napf map.

I've done the following in attempt to resolve the issue:

    - Copied the entire contents of my Chernarus server's folder into a new folder and set it up for Napf

              -  Changed the arma2oaserver.exe to arma2oaserver_napf.exe

    -  Ran both servers from the same directory using the same arma2oaserver.exe

Using each of these methods, the issue is the same...

    Any thoughts?

  5. Only took a few mins to get my Overpoch server updated after the new DayZCommander update tonight.  instead of copying the entire contents of the Default folder to the Server folder (step 5), I only copied over the files that changed (the *.exe files and the new BattlEye files)...   All my scripts worked just fine other than the ones that depend on PlayerUID's.  Probably the easiest update I've done so far, usually I have to readd all my scripts one at a time.   Be sure you copy the BE *.dll files to your instance_X_Mapname / BattlEye folder...

  6. After updating (infiSTAR) to the latest version (release 6-29), this is still an issue in my server.  Users report that most of the traders 'take a few tries' to get the dialog box to open.  Works normally for admins.  Most of our servers are at custom locations but I doubt this has anything to do with it..

Note:  Server is running DayZ Epoch + Overwatch.

  7. I had the same problem but it was not resolved using any of the methods posted above.  I resolved it by the following:

    1) Ensure both of the recommendations above are checked first...

    2) Copy BEClient.dll & BEServer.dll from the 'expansion\BattlEye\' folder to the main BattlEye folder used by your server (Example: Arma2OA\instance_11_Chernarus\BattlEye\)

I broke this by copying all my BattlEye files from my previous instance (1.0.4.2) to the new one (1.0.5.1).  I guess taking shortcuts doesn't always work out ;)
