I'm only running the recommended cleanup sql events, I'll try and turn them off and see if that changes anything after next restart. The only other thing I could think that may be affecting it would be TSW anti hack, I'll try turning that off too and report back.

This will be addressed in the next patch 1.0.2.4. Vehicles do need to spawn after buildings or the setvelocity command commented out for now.
Was this updated in the last patch? I think we are still losing choppers off our chopper pad. It wasn't in the ground this time, but there wasn't any damage to the wood walls that would normally happen if it got blown up by someone when it was still on the chopper pad.

its happened to our group of friends 3 times now, the last 2 times it was just weapon slots, with the same safe, with only 1 person accessing the safe and it was not during a restart. One of the times the guy whos safe it was, after losing his weapons, was teleported back to where he was 15min prior to restart.
The first time was a while back and we arn't sure if it was near restart or not, but it was just the 200 magazine slots.

I tried turning everything off to no avail. My problem seems to be identical to as you've described its just damaged vehicles that are getting reset. Some server resets its all the damaged vehicles and some times its just most of the damaged vehicles.
