Red Chat is done trough RCon, you need to set a Rcon password in your BEserver file and then you can connect to the server via Dart or BattleMetrickz or other Rcon tools. When you send a global message from there, it will be displayed in red.

The automatic restarts are done trough BEC (battleye extended controls). That's an addon you need to install. Then you can activate a scheduler that runs batch files to auto restart the server.

as the title says i get kicked for locking a car, this only happens after i hop in it and then hop out and lock it, the game then kicks me and says kicked by battleye (publicvariable 0)

i also deleted all the filters can but now its not kicking but can it cause any problems?
