[Server time day/night RANDOM on server restart]

Hello guys i'm looking for a script that when server restart it choose RANDOM time for Server time 

 

like for exemple

 

Each Server restart is gonna randomly choose between 0-24 in game time  

 

The only thing i see is in HiveExt.ini

 

 

[Time]
;Possible values: Local, Custom, Static
;You cannot use Static on OFFICIAL Hive, it will just revert to Local
Type = Static
;If using Custom type, offset from UTC in hours (can be negative as well)
;Offset = -8
;If using Static type (Hour value always the same on every server start), the value (0-24) to set the Hour to
Hour = 15

 

 i would like to make it random

[DZAI Lite Dynamic bandit npc's]

if i want to reduce the numbers of Ai should i edit:

 

DZAI/init/world_map_configs/world_chernarus.sqf 

 

or

 

extras/DZAI static trigger files/DZAI_Chernarus.Chernarus/mission.sqf

 

or both thx

 

and also some people get kicked of the server for no reason i was wondering if DZAI is doing this ?

On our server we have some issues ... sometimes someone get  kicked of the game for no reason (not battleye)

 

it happened to me 2-3 times in the same day

 

We also have sound issues like if u drink or eat something, u will hear the sound like 25-30 sec later 

 

We have Dzai, selfbloodbags, sample_loot_event,safezones,tameable dogs and indestructible bases on the server.
