ok well u mentioned to get the fn_selfaction.sqf from dayz-code .. so one i have the file where do i put it ?i can try that tomorrow but im not sure where i would put it all it says in the how to install section is ..

I believe and am most certain that it goes into a folder that you customly make. (mine is called custom) this folder goes in your MpMissions-> Chernarus/Map
Then you put your fn_SelfActions in that folder and change the paths

alright got it .. but where would i put it ?
i know i have one in my ZSC/compiles (when i added the coin script) shouldi be using that one ?

No clue, I personally hate the coin script (setting it up with other scripts, I love the idea of it though). I've never been able to get coins working with anything else other than infistar. I can't help ya there.

It is in your client pbo. DayZ_Epoch>Compile folder

Sorry for the late reply. I actually do have the exception in Infistar as well. Any other ideas as to why it would be causing the issue? My rpt:

I'll be able to help late tonight (after 10pm pacific) A bit tomorrow (9am to 1pm pacific) or if you can wait till Tuesday - Thursday I'll be available all day. Recommend no matter who helps you, take some time reading as much as you can so you you have a basic understanding of how each script works, file structure, and tools needed. Recommend downloading a pbo manager, a merge program ( I use diffmerge) an ftp program, teamviewer, and notepad++. Even if someone else helps you, you can always use those programs to work on your server.

I'll be able to help late tonight (after 10pm pacific) A bit tomorrow (9am to 1pm pacific) or if you can wait till Tuesday - Thursday I'll be available all day. Recommend no matter who helps you, take some time reading as much as you can so you you have a basic understanding of how each script works, file structure, and tools needed. Recommend downloading a pbo manager, a merge program ( I use diffmerge) an ftp program, teamviewer, and notepad++. Even if someone else helps you, you can always use those programs to work on your server.
I actually have all of that, I had a server up and going with 20 some scripts but when learned that I needed to add coins BEFORE anything else so I started from scratch with the custom pack found here:
but since I have done that I have then been told that I need to add anything having to do with plot poles next before I add any extra scripts however I am having an issue even installing plot management. (Yes I have installed infistar before plot management however I made sure it was allowed). No errors are shown in the RPT either.

Is there a video on how to install this? Having some issues getting it working, I get it installed and no errors how in the RPT but when I scroll on the plot pole nothing shows up as far as managing the plot goes. I do still get the options to preview area and what not.

I figured out what the issue was, the dayz_interrupt file that was inside the snap folder was overriding the one that was in my customs

Can I have two Space Interrupt files? I installed snap building after I added earplugs and not only did the snap pro make the earplugs stop working but it also made my group system not work

Sure you need to do that, i imagine you are running windows server 2008/2012? Those systems got a firewall, even it is crap but you still need to forward those ports.
I actually looked and the firewall is disabled and has been.

Hey guys, I have recently rented a dedicated unmanaged box from NFOServers so that way I can make an Overpoch server. However when I very first brought the server up after following the 70+ step guide, and I connected I get stuck at wait for host with my name red and flashing; I am getting an error at the end of my RPT that says this:
2:15:50 Warning Message: No challenge value was received from the master server.
2:15:50 GameSpy QR2 error: 5, No challenge value was received from the master server.
How do I fix this? I've looked at a "fix" that says to add these lines to the top of my config in my "instance_11_Chernarus" folder:
steamport = 2312;steamqueryport = 2313;however this still did not fix the issue.I am kind of stuck at a loss at the moment. Any help is appreciated. -

So I have recently rented a dedicated unmanaged box from NFOServers.com and would like to get a dayz overpoch server going. However I can't seem to find a good clear tutorial on how to get overpoch on there. I have a folder of a locally hosted overpoch server I setup that is working however I don't think its the same.
If someone can help me out with my situation that would be great. I am new to hosting a dayz server all together and am way underknowledged however I am looking to learn from anyone who can help. I learn quickly.
The server can be connected to through remote desktop connection.
