['Set Mod' and 'Kick Player' from Group Issues]

Is this functional in EPOCH?  I haven't seen it working on any servers out there, and now that I am in the process of setting up a server I am curious if we can make it work.

 

Any thoughts or known issues?

Just fired up a server and one problem we've had in the past is group size being too large to the point of being unmanageable.

 

Is there a way to decrease group size?
