i put it in exactly as posted but when you launch the server it gets stuck on waiting for host screen

Sorry if this is a reposted question I have scoured the forums trying to find the help I need to try to get the EvR storm on a chenarus map I have read on the forums that it is possible but I have yet to successfully add it to my map could someone please help me figure this out thanks

I have a dayz all in one overpoch server through GTX gaming my traders sale the overwatch guns but not the ammo i have done nothing with the server that affects the traders so how do i fix it so that the traders have the ammo?
