[Stuck as Female]

Delete the vars profile file in documents/arma 3 and any other u find there or in other profiles with vars in the naming. Do this while the mod is not loading/loaded and arma 3 not running etc, then restart and a new 14kb file will replace it, and u will be asked to choose gender again.

First time I logged in I decided to try out a female and now I would love to let my balls drop and be a man. Anyone know how?
