By setting the time and date in your config files in @EpochHive.
google for moontables and start your server on a day that has full moon and goes into night before it restarts.
Can't find how to do it, sorry maybe i'm too bad to google it. Can you help me get it? :)

Can someone explain me the posText values?

Tested with him, downloaded the server new and testet empty. Still got the same problem, so it's maybe the client.But its only on my server so i don't understand it.ping / desync everything ok.

Pressing " I " works, but he cant put the stuff in his backpack, also he can't open cabinet or something.
It works, and then it doens, after picking up some items.On other servers, ok lets say on a other server it works perfect, he doesn't have the problem.
But he has a slower connection. 7Mbit.. dunno :S
I testet it short, ping was ok, no desync. He can things move out of backpack, but no moving back or moving in again. -
A user on my server is not able to pick up items or open any stuff.
If he joins another server it works. Yesterday it did also work on my server.
He had this Problem once (first time he was on my server), and now it is back.
What can be the Problem? Does someone know this Problem?

How to do that when the mission.sqf looks like:

Theres a Grenade in the lootspawner, which is named as "Stone" ingame, but looks like a grenade.
Do you know, is it the HandGrenade or the MiniGrenade? Need to remove it, cause people get kicked when throwing it.

i know that some people disabled the music in arma. So is it possible to set it as effect, radio or something other than music? :)

all i know is when u start 32bit its only 500MB, when u start it as 64bit, its about 16gigs, but mine is now on 6 Gigs, so really weird! :)

Adding "-loadMissionToMemory -autoInit" to your server launch parameters should do it.

Is it possible to start the mission / game when server restarted? So that it's starting before the first player connects.

Why does people even make bases indestructible?!?!
it dont even make any sense but i know there is a game out there called world of warcraft if you have problems with the difficulty of this mod.
the expire time for buildings will cause server lag and building limit reached so in about 1 week nobody can even play on your server cuz nothing can get removed?
Day and night u can just change the static time in your @epochhive configs.
Thank you. I just liked to know the possiblity. I don't use indestructible bases.
I'm asking if i need any changes in future =) I write the solutions or problems who came with changes down.!
It would be nice if there is a possibility to make the night shorter than the day :)
And it would be nice to get the solution for indestructible buildings, just to use it maybe for tests.

Is it possible to make buildings indestructible?

There are expire times for buildings etc. in Hive settings. To disable it, do i have to put a -1 in it or a 0?

Thank you, i read that post. It doesn't solv my problems :) I tried do att the sqf as example correclty to line 20. But then i don't get kicked cause of the files.. i get kicked cause of some weird code.
Also sometimes scripters providing theyr changed BEFilters, but when i use them, i get kicken on any handle like (Open car, shoot.. or whatever)
So i really don't exactly understand it.
Just to see what i mean, when i added sqf as exception then i get something like:
Reason: #20 "( ( ( when";
So.. what would you do on that message? :D

i was like you mate never ever set up a server before.. had a little bit of experiance just give it a bash with the help posts on the forums and if you hit any problems post on here.
Theres always someone who is here to help and 99.9% had the same problems, thats if you encounter any :)
Ye i tried to do it that way.. but the BEFilters, i googled it, readed the BEFilter Post. I'm not getting it. When i add some scripts to it, it kicks me not with a usefull message, it posts some code into the kick message.
Then i asked around and some guys told me: Just remove all the BEFilters, i have no need for it, cause hacks are trying to work around the filters.
But ye, i wanna have these filters :) I Hope someone can help and explain so i can get it in future!

I was just switching over from ARMA 2 to ARMA 3 with the Server and Epoch stuff.
But it was a long time a go that i set up a Server, so i'm sometimes lost in find some configurations or i have a big mess with the BEFilters.
Now i'm looking for someone who can help me out, explain the stuff so that i can learn it more and more :)
Whats to do:
- Optimize some settings (Object spawner)
- Configure Scripts with BEFilters, so that it works with them
I try to have a good server for my small Community first. So im not a competition to others or something.
And ofc im ready to pay / donate for some help, usually nothing is free today :)
btw. Speaking German too, so if a German guy is also available.Thank you

Just saw this on the Steam Workshop. Would be great for the Epoch team to connect with them and get it rolled into the mod. Maybe it's all the pop culture references to the Huey, but there is just something great about flying in one.

Hello:
Im getting the following error when someone connect to server after start:
Include file mpmissions\_cur_mp.Altis\zombie\zombie.hpp could not be found.
This file _cur_mp doesn't exists. It seems it doesn't know which mission is loaded? Where does it check it?
This is for the real zombie script. already asked in his post but maybe someone knows more.

in arma 2 i was using infistar. but then i read whats happened and that he steal stuff.
so im looking for a simmilar solution which makes me possible to spawn / edit stuff as needed and which makes easy to go invis / goodmode.
Do you know anything?

Just got the information, that he see things, that we are not able to see, he has couches and stuff which we are not seeing, but he is able to see some stuff we are also got.
Is that really a desync or something? How can i tell him to fix that a bit? :)
(Im playerlist desync there is 0)
