Don't do that. It's understandable for people to get frustrated. While <inject this is only alpha blah blah shouldn't take it serious blah blah here>, it's kind of important to be testing base building as well, and we can't really do that if we're dying every 10min from hackers.
The hacking is bad right now, as you can see if you just look around these forums. So I would suggest not planning on playing for keeps(or planning on base building anyways) until the issue is resolved.
EDIT: I say let all the script kiddies jerk each other-- *achem* play by themselves until either they all get banned or bored. I'm going to just find something else to tinker with until I see things cooling off. The devs are working on an anti-hack tool, so letting the 12yr olds have their way with it may be of some benefit to them, revealing exploits and such. Better to have hacking now than later. *shrugs*

did you build a foundation first?
I havnt use one i build on docks seemed flat had no proplem's.
Then made a base on some rocks layed on down had not props what so ever

I think a lot of players are not realizing you need to build a stone foundation for a flat surface to start building.

Placed a shelve (3 small scrap) on the 4th floor of the tower was able to put loot in it and it was all working fine for a couple of hours unfortunatly after server reset shelve and loot stored gone too.

I've had them a few time's managed to Flank them before me remember they will try flank you ALWAY'S so try find spot to hole up lay low till they move off them POP,I freakn love the UAV's keeps you on your feet

Just wanna heads up who's making fires and getting little to Close as we did in Arma 2 epoch lie on it roll around etc?
Found that starts to kill you and makes your player bug out anyone else have these prop's or just me?

Gday as i found out last night after raiding getting some nice cars and loot I found myself throwing smoke bombs then all of a sudden WHAMMY!!!!
Bitten by snake i killed the snake found out you can skin it for its Vemom Glads eat it makes you become Immune,Then found my temp rasied so make sure you have a cold pack

gday had bit of war with a guy he killed us :D and went back for our bodys and gear came back and everyone ahd ghille suit so Don't know if bug

After having a break from Arma 2 epoch spent Count less hours building,raiding,Looting,Fixing,Helping,Camping,Chopping,Crafting
The list goes on Just gotta say last couple days of game play been a real Highlight of Epoch series you could say!!!
1.Map its just awsome
2.Feels like a Mad Max game after awhile looking for that last bit of Scrap lol
3.i havent slept in 14 hours (normal epoch)
4.The building system really basic and not a hassel to learn.
5.Loot is at a good spawn rate (ppl might not agree) but seems fair
6.Base locations are freakn endless can't make my mind up
And there few little bugs here and there finding traders dead after long ass run bit lame but add's to game play over all.
I think its great idea gets you out and about more around the map (Not just going same place over and over)
you guys done epic job really hope you guys win and i look forward to spending another 2000 plus hours building :D

Running over dog's = Broken leg and bleeding.was driving beeing lazy ran over dog and broke leg and bleeding lol was in offroader on the road
