Have the admin reissue you a key, or start farming police zombies for hotwire kits. The hotwire kit will only work until server restart, so you can go sell your SUV and recoup some of your lost gold at least.

The only thing I've heard of to avoid them being cleaned up other than manually re-placing them is to have the sever admin code a database event to refresh the place date the day before cleanup, but this would apply to every sandbag on the server.

The walls have small gaps around where windows are supposed to go. If you do it just right you can access the scroll menu for a vehicle parked close enough to the wall by aiming down sights and looking through the tiny gap.
I used to have a storage shed completely encapsulated inside walls in the center of my base and no one knew it was there. I would have to look through the small gap at the bottom of the window panel to access the contents of the shed.
The best success I've had at preventing this is making it impossible for anyone to get a vehicle close enough to these gaps, or any other gap to be able to access the vehicle menus through them.
Directly below the window openings put 2 tank traps side by side, and 1 tank trap where 2 walls meet on the outside of your base. You can cut down the number of tank traps needed by overlapping the ends of the walls slightly.
This way someone can still glitch into the base through a wall, but once inside there is no way for them to leave unless they knock out a wall.
Also you could try building an elevated base with a stair case leading to the door, and a ramp for vehicles with a wall on either side of the ramp so they cant turn the vehicle and point a door at the walls. That way they cant use the get out of vehicle glitch to warp through the walls. I haven't tested this with the armed vodniks though, and people will jump out from the rear of that vehicle.
The double wall strategy also works.
It all depends on how much resources you are willing to put into the solution, and whether or not you are willing to completely redesign your base.

When decay hits the light poles the bulbs pop.
It's the 10% damage thing.
No option to maintain them so all you can do is knock them down and place a new one.
I wish they would add a maintain option for light poles, hescos, and mg nests.
Light poles = 1 lumber
hesco = 1 wire fence
mg nest = 1 sandbag

I would love to be able to add corrugated to the side of my mtvr to increase it's resistance to bullets.
I would also like to add scrap to my little bird to raise it's armor value.

Indeed. However that is just referring to DONOR LOADOUTS... Gear, other than donor loadouts are not acceptable according to VBAWOL's post, and it doesn't appear that what is being sold on that page is a loadouts as such (as in - gear you spawn with when dying). Or maybe I got that wrong?

Epoch items are things that the Epoch mod added to the game such as wooden walls, cinder walls, metal floors etc.
The stuff listed on the website as donor items for their epoch servers are loadouts ie: stuff you spawn in with when you die.
The donor items you've listed are for a different mod/server, ie: wasteland

Will the existing vehicles that are already in the game and being used disappear or remain?
The vehicles wont just disappear provided everyone updates to the latest epoch.sql. With this they will just be changed out to other vehicles.

i've used some ramps to make a peaked roof.
they give it a pagoda style look :D

Is it possible to disable decay only for certain items such as light poles, but leave decay as it is for everything else?
If so, how is it done?

We had an admin shoot one with an m1 abrams 5 times and it wasn't destroyed, so if it is possible the damage needed is insanely high.
