  1. I've been trying to rejoin my server but can't. I've looked at the arma2oaserver.rpt but can't figure out what's stopping me from joining (Panda Ace). Can anyone look at this report and list the issues?

  2. I've been looking for a while for the normal repair/salvage scripts that I've seen on every other server but my own. I can't seem to find it. I'd like the one that when you approach a vehicle, along with the other options you get for it you also get salvage vehicle and repair vehicle to appear. When clicked, it shows you what you can salvage, or repair and their percentages. The one I have now automatically shows the repair options without clicking a repair button and it only allows certain damages to be repaird, I.E. only 75% and lower can be repaired. Let me know, thanks.

So I've been looking to expand my player-base, and one of the things I wanted to do was add a voting system so that when it is nighttime, players can call a vote every hour or so and if 75% or more of the players vote for day then the server will change the time to day. I have no idea where to start with this but I think if someone can come up with something like it, it'd be really great.

  4. I run a Dayz Epoch Panthera server and recently we've noticed that if a plot pole is placed, players who placed that plot pole can't upgrade or remove walls unless it is taken down. When it is removed, they can be upgraded but not removed. Also, players can't place anything down if they have a plot pole placed. I did change a setting to allow players to build without a plot pole but it worked fine before so I didnt think that was it. I also run Infistar on the server if maybe there's a setting in there. Can anyone think of any settings somewhere I could have messed up?

  5. I've added the custom trader city, Trader City Ukanc, close to the city of Ukanc on the map Panthera. I like it a lot, and thought I'd share it for others who might want to add it onto their map. It's just like the other traders, it comes with all of the normal traders and it is conveniently placed in the middle of the map at Ukanc. Here's how to add it:

     

     First, (if you don't already have one) create a "buildings" folder in the root of your mission.pbo. Inside, add these:

    Once added, open your init.sqf and add these lines at the bottom:

    Next, open your Mission.sqm and CTRL+F for 

    class Markers
    

    Just under class Markers, you should see items=21 (or whatever number). Add 1 more number there, so if it's items=21, change it to items=22.

     

    Next, scroll down to the last class Item. If you haven't added any other markers, it should be class Item20, the Mello trader marker. Add this right after that marker:

    (Note that it's Item21, one less than the items= number you set earlier. That's because it's counting 0 as a number)

     

    Scroll down just a bit more and you'll see class Sensors. Similar to the earlier step, change the item=9 to item=11.

     

    Once done, scroll down to the end of the sensors list, and add this:

    You can edit the size of the zone here too. 

     

    If done correctly, that should have added the trader city, traders, marker and godmode zone in.

  6. in server_publishVehicle2.sqf, find this -

    // _object setVehicleAmmo DZE_vehicleAmmo;
    

    change it to -

    _object setVehicleAmmo 0;
    

    that will remove all ammo from vehicles on buying them. to remove ammo from other vehicles on restart, like the attack helis and so on, do the same thing

    in server_publishVehicle.sqf

    I now re-read this post and realized that I hadn't added the code to server_publishVehicle.sqf. Where exactly do I add it, as it doesn't have "// _object setVehicleAmmo DZE_vehicleAmmo;"
