  1. It would be a nice feature as I routinely see complaints from people spawning saying that there are campers killing them which they are leaving the spawn areas. It would be nice to give a bit of a balance to that.

     

    Also it would be nice to have something to spend Krypto on. I have a healthy bank account and if I die I just loot around and get geared... haven't spent more than 400 krypto on a few building items.

  2. Good evening community,

     

    I belong to a server that offers custom loadouts for players. I've requested a certain skin as my custom loadout and when I log in the skin is there but if the server resets or if for any reason I have to relog when I come back into the game the skin has disappeared and been replaced but the standard fresh spawn skin.

     

    Has anyone encountered this issue and found a fix for it? Unfortunately I'm not privy to the script code at this time the server owner(s) are using but if anyone has any suggestions or can post up the script string they are using that'd be immensely helpful.

    Small question as I have this same issue as well but I'm stuck on step 3i 3ii.

     

    I have DayZ Epoch 1.0.4.2 twice in my list for expansions and I don't have 1.0.5. I have changed the update priorities for OA to ensure its fully up to date, restarted steam, restarted my compter, restarted steam, etc and still it only has 1.0.4.2  Any other suggestions?

     Any help would be apprecaited. And for the record in the first file what copy/pasted as two lines on here is just one in the .txt file.

  5. Great info and thank you for the updates. I've now managed to get the boxes to appear in the right places and made the changes to ensure they stay around etc.

     

    One more question and this is very newb but I'm not finding a good answer. Using vilayer as my server host what file do I look in to find my coordinates so I can get some AI to spawn in where I am. My attempt using a coordinate generator placed the lil buggers wayy too far to the south.

     

     

    **** edit**** found an easy way to figure it out using infistar. Spawn in a vehicle where you are, write down the coordinates, delete the vehicle and use those coordinates in the script. Easy as pie.

  7. I just want to start off by saying I've done some reading but I'm still having issues.  I am trying to spawn a loot box at (in game gps) 081/016

     

    I have googled and read and done some searching and found some database co-oridinate generators and what not and I've been given:

     

    [260,[8100,13760,0]]        (when using compass heading 260) as a database co-ordinate.

     

    The original script for adding a loot box had this co-oridnate in the script:  [7909.4,13691.2]

     

    I'm at a loss for how to make what I got from the convertor to follow the format from the original script. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

     

     

    additionally:

     

    Using a different editor that didin't require the compass heading I was given co-ordinates of     [0,[0,15360,0.001]]

     

    So as you can well imagine i'm at a loss.

  8. Looking for a little bit more help on this. I'm working on installing this (and then finding out where the heck i put the spawn points for dzai) and I'm getting an error " You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted. ca_communityconfigurationproject_e_editor_addedlargeweaponvariants

     

    I don't mind having the large weapons like the m107, as50, rocket launcher. Just looking to clear this error up. Any suggestions?

  9. Vilayer has different directories than the one you listed. I was able to find the file you mentioned in:

    I haven't messed with this file at all. A few addon scripts for items such as blood bag etc have been added to the server.
