Is there anyway to make more than one mission spawn at a time on the wicked ai system? if so how in the world do I do it

we have been having issues with the cars and trucks on the ai missions were the vehicles are disappearing after you look at them it proving to be a real pain is there anyway to prevent this or install a new ai system,
