  1. After long waiting time (i am so sorry for that),  i will give you some Updates.

     

     I am still working on the Zoo. Some selfmade models will let binpbo.exe crash while binarize the map.

     I have no idea why. I have removed this models for rework to let binpbo.exe make a biniarized map.

     

    I must rework some roadsigns to show shadows property. If this done, i will release an update with the  zoo (WIP). I will release the other Cages, Vivariums and Zoo / Themepark related things as an hotfix later.

     

    If my weak PC (Pentium IV 1.6 GHz Single Core) will allow this, i will release the update next saturday night (european time) and send it to Vbawol.

    Why don't you grab a free VPS that has more power to do this?

  2. Add new objects "fiberplant" to sqf and  [] execVM "weed.sqf"; in init.sqf.

    In editor you don't find "fiberplant", so you have to place barrels on ground, save mission, then in mission.sqf you change all name barrel to "fiberplant".

     

    weird, i did that and theres nothing there o.O

  3. There already is a work around, sanctioned by Valve! Buy OA on Steam for $20. :)

     

    I may end up having to do that. I'm hoping maybe they'll put it on sale before then.

     

    The "force" is strong with this one.

     

    But seriously, even without Steam (which I have steam versions so It doesn't matter personally) it wouldn't be hard at all to write something that would query and get the server information from steam ( If they do public API for this) or use a "Main" or "Head" client, to pull all that information, parse it, and display it in a format that DayZComm could than parse, and allow you to do everything it does now, maybe even WITHOUT needing steams help.

  4. As far as I heared, even if the Steam lobby system comes, remote connection will be possible for the clients at least, if you dont want to go trough the steam system you wont need to but then its kinda harder to find your server

    I'm sure a work around would be made, such as using a "main client" to query  the IP's and than giving the client the IP's to ping.
