Lag when players spawning

I've noticed on both of my servers that frequently when players are spawning into the server, everyone gets lag. It's not red chain or high ping lag, but rather players are unable to do actions like open safes and doors, or pick up loot. Zedz also get stuck walking in place and can't be shot. I've cleaned up my database, setting an event to remove dead players and any players that haven't joined in 30 days. I've also removed a bunch of static AI and additional buildings. While the removal of the extra AI increased player's FPS, we're still having this lag.

 

Any suggestions on what might be causing this? Sometimes when players are connecting, the rest of the players will get yellow chains with some desync.

yup ive just been noticing the same thing. context menu slows right down serverload looks fine , ping etc all normal no one get BE kicks for ping , but it stutters and slow down  and a slow loading menu and i also see AI and zeds stop in place after.
