How to place a villa on chernarus?

Ok so let me first explain why I ask this. I have tried by many means to place a Villa like the Mayor mansion mission from WAI system... and I simply can't figure it out.

I am using editor after running Epoch (joining my server then quitting). My questions are:

1- Where is the Villa located in the arma 2 oa Editor? Under which tab and under what name? Because I simply cant find it.
2- Is it because I need to run another mod first? Will it be compatibility problem? I want to make it a perm spawn with server side buildings.
3- If the 2 aboves doesn't work, is it possible to place a random house somewhere, and in the code to spawn it change the classname to the villa one?

I do know the classname already as it is in the WAI missions. :)

Spawn in a normal house.
Save the mission file.

Open said file and change the house classname there from X to Land_A_Villa_EP1.
Reload and place it however you want

Oh right, my bad. Thought you already knew how to add buildings haha, just thought you wanted the class name.

using infistar ? spawn it fro myour buildings tab then insert to save to your database.

2 problems with that method (idk why y ou still respond as topic was answered already).

1- It won't appear like you would like it to be

2- Land_A_Vliia_EP1 is not in the list since it is not Epoch Chernarus based but Takistan building.
