server version issue

so i bough an epoch  game server few days ago, and it doesnt show the epoch version and its colored gray to other playes inculoding me, i can still join the server and play it just fine, but other players might not join if they see it as a gray server

 

any quick fix for that?

This sounds like something you should ask your hosting provider.

Do you have the version in the name as some times it helps
