Server Setup Help Needed

Trying to set up a DayZ Epoch Server using the host XstremeGaming control panel and as it stands keep getting the dreaded error "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application.  You cannot play on this server.  If you are the server admin please contact DayZ Epoch staff."  I'm a noob to everything and since this is a hosted server I can't really alter or change that much - trying to run on the latest patch 1.0.4.2 and ArmA 103178.  We followed the KB from XstremeGaming but nothing works - tried reinstalling and repatching and restoring from backup over and over and over and over.
 
Any and all help would be appreciated, and it would definitely be awesome if someone actually used this host to be able to guide us through the process step-by-step would be great.

Yeah that may be the case, would you or anyone want me to post any more logs?

If they have gave you full FTP access I would suggest maybe re installing Epoch server files and client files your self on the server.

If not than message your host.

 

Make sure to have your mission and server pbo vanilla with no scripts to test it out first.

Yes, as you can see in the image it says installed, I tried reinstalling this multiple times.  And in case you are wondering I don't have any problems logging into other servers like MGT Epoch Chernarus.

 

No scripts or anything either, pretty much the barebones and can't even get it to work.

 

Maybe it there's file corruption in the database or it didn't download everything for whatever reason?

No you have 1.0.3.1 installed in the MODS section.

Go to your updates and make sure 1.0.4.2 is installed.

 The image is there, if you look at the update image it says it's updated, even says it's updated.  That was just a mods image and it downloads the map and the base Epoch, in this case 1.0.3.1 then I went to updates and got the latest patch.

 

It's the third image that says update in the top left corner.

Yeah, that didn't work at all, it just uninstalled the base Epoch and Chernarus map.

All I can say is contact them or reinstall the files your self using FTP!

You also have to move the .dll files from the folder to the root directory. This was an issue in 1.0.4, haven't had it with the latest, but worth a shot.

Just a quick update...  We got a hold of them and apparently a vc13 redist wasn't installed properly on the node our server is hosted on, so they are going to be giving us extra days for our paid service so that our service starts for a month on Tuesday next week.  As for trying to do things manually, it wasn't really possible because of some of the limitations.  Other than that it seems like we got things sorted out and things are starting to work a bit better now.

TYVM! was tearing out my hair over this, reinstalling vc13 redist solved it :)
