Base Building 1.2 problem installation

Hey guys, so i have this problem with the Base-Building 1.2 script.
I've changed all the things he want me to change, tho when it comes to the database i can't execute the sql file i got because this is the error i get.

Is there anyone that knows how to fix this ?. For the record i'm using navicat to connect to the database.

Also if there is anyone that knows how you can remove walls/buildings with a script like this (like "remove cinderblock wall") and you remove the wall.

Because i can't find it.
