I get 2 errors sometimes Waiting for server to start auth and requesting auth. I'm at my wits end please help.

I'm completely lost. i bought a server and I've got everything to where I want ti but I'm stuck. My server is stuck on waiting for server to start authentication, then sometimes it'll say requesting authentication. I'm fucking lost I need some help I spent a decent amount on this server and now I'm just completely stuck.

I attached my RPT And Hive pictures in full. Please help

Check your hiveext.ini , if your Database is correct inside.

you connect it with a  global ip "199.60.101.202", but did you allow log-in with it? whyn't you use 127.0.0.1 or something like 192.168.*.*

Because I bought the server and the support is ass. thats why im here.

normally.. well from when ive had passed servers from gsp they are set to their local address so 127.0.0.1 there would be no harm in changing it to the local address and see if that works.
