Maintenance cost dependant on location

Hey Guys,
My server is running and I don't really have any issues, but I ave an idea for a script and I don't really know how to do it.

I would like to make the cost of Building Maintenance dependent on the location you choose to build. So for example if you build with in "X" distance from a trader it costs more. The further away you are the cheaper it is all the way down to free. I am using Cherno and most of the map never gets used.

I would also like to make the cost of building maintence higher every plot pole more than the first one.

I have no idea where to start or if it can be done.

why not just create triggers which set a maintenance cost variable which would be much more dynamic than doing base on distance from trader. Or just use the distance command if you don't care, for example '(player distance zonestary) < 1000;'

you will of course have to modify the maintain file accordingly
