Runtime Error

I've been having this issue for a week now and I have fulfilled all requirements and steps to create an overpoch server but, every time i Join and the mission reads the server runs into a run time error.

This has the perfect description of my issue, unfortunately it was not answered 

Any help would be appreciated.

I have got the same problem as you do. Tried reinstalling redistributables, but it didn't help me out. Waiting for a renewed installation guide or at least a solution of this error.

A friend of my solved this by installing all in one runtimes. It's a german application tho but pretty easy to understand: https://www.sereby.org/site/All in One Runtimes&lang=en

Fresh Windows installation fixed the problem for me.
