How do i chat in a red color as an admin?

And how do i set automatic restarts?

Red Chat is done trough RCon, you need to set a Rcon password in your BEserver file and then you can connect to the server via Dart or BattleMetrickz or other Rcon tools. When you send a global message from there, it will be displayed in red.

The automatic restarts are done trough BEC (battleye extended controls). That's an addon you need to install. Then you can activate a scheduler that runs batch files to auto restart the server.

how do i install BEC onto an FTP Using FIleZilla or FlashFXP?
